Paul Molloy, a chartered tax adviser (CTA) with his own tax consultancy, BoxCleverTax.ie, catering for the SME market is one of the key-note speakers at the third meeting of the Accountancy Matters WhatsApp Group, sponsored by Friel Stafford, which takes place on Friday, 27th February at the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Paul has a BComm degree from UCD and a Masters in Accounting from the Smurfit Business School.

He trained with Deloitte and Mazars before going into small practice. He teaches two courses in ICD Business School, Finance and Taxation and has written a book titled a Politician’s Guide to Finance and Money which is due for release in Spring 2026.

Paul recently acquired his first client for a new business which explains Finance through history. He lives in Islandbridge in Dublin 8 and is a huge fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He has two teenage children, Jake and Evie.

The Acountancy Matters WhatsApp group was founded by Nuala McGowan, ACA, CPA, AIA as a resource for Accountants, Auditors and Solicitors to discuss issues in the world of accountancy and finance.
